You walk into a client meeting fully briefed, your strategy deck sharp and focused. Your campaign delivered results that didn’t just improve CTRs — it moved actual business KPIs. You’re not just executing marketing; you’re influencing growth. You lead sprints, translate goals into performance architecture, and team up with creatives, tech, and performance specialists to launch smart, scalable campaigns. Depending on your experience, you’ll either: - Own smaller clients and co-lead complex ones, - Fully own multiple integrated campaigns and shape planning, - Or independently lead the marketing transformation agenda for larger accounts and help define how STRAREX scales impact.

What you'll do

Strategy & Execution

  • 2–5+ years of experience in digital, performance, or strategic marketing within B2B or complex funnels.

  • Able to translate business needs into structured marketing systems that connect strategy, performance logic, and revenue impact.

  • Comfortable building and optimizing multi-channel ecosystems (SEA, Meta, LinkedIn, email, ABM).

  • Data-driven: interprets metrics, rationalizes ideas, and connects proposals to measurable outcomes.

  • Experienced with tools such as GA4, CRM systems, dashboards, landing page builders, and GenAI to boost efficiency and insight.

  • Brings commercial thinking — spots opportunities that drive real business and economic value.

Ownership & Communication

  • Takes full ownership: plans clearly, manages timelines, and keeps accountability tight.

  • Communicates with clarity — across STRAREX stakeholders, client conversations, briefs, performance reviews, and progress updates.

  • Addresses misalignment fast: when quality, pace, or clarity drops, you step in directly and constructively.

  • Writes sharp, structured briefs and ensures alignment between strategy, execution, and outcomes.
