Digital go-to-market strategy for new service launch – Premium Plus
Premium Plus is a company dedicated to improve their clients’ customer service through implementing tech solutions. With over 10 years of experience, offices in 5 different countries and more than 750 clients in their portfolio, they are one of EMEA’s biggest and most trusted solution partners in customer service and the UX market.
Premium Plus contacted STRAREX to help them market their wide range of services better. They were also in the process of starting up a new partnership with Asana, one of the world’s leading work management tools, and wanted to take a flying start in promoting this new service they offer. Parts of the Premium Plus website needed a revision, along with improvements on email marketing and social media campaigns.
The main challenge lied in bringing their new service to market in a planned, data-driven and strategic manner, as well as creating more general awareness for their brand and work through campaigns and mailings.
We started with defining a full go-to-market strategy and applied it to the existing business model of Premium Plus.
First, we restructured parts of their website to make it more accessible and appealing for web visitors, and increase relevancy for their specific target audience. We then continued by creating the pages concerning the Asana services they offer. In light of an upcoming Zendesk event in Las Vegas, we also designed specific landing pages and restructured the website pages on other services they offer.
To further improve awareness for their brand, services and partnership with Asana, we customized their email marketing by setting up email automation campaigns and unique flows that follow up different forms. This made it easier for their sales team to follow up on incoming leads and increase conversions.
With the mailings we sent out, we helped to improve general awareness about the launched Premium Plus’ partnership with Asana. The webpages we created attributed to a successful start in offering their new service.
Directing attention to the Zendesk event they were visiting in Las Vegas was a nice approach to emphasize the international character of the company. The general structure of the web pages got optimized and, as usual, we went the extra mile to insert these different implementations to make them both comprehensible as well as visually appealing.
